Lift weights safely!

The number one reason we hear from those who “use to workout” but now don’t is injury. It’s crazy how often we hear this. We hear “man I was in great shape…but I got injured”. Also “I use to workout all the time until I got injured”.

Here is a stark fact:

There is zero reason to injure while working out even with weights.

People simply jump into it too fast doing too much too often. Additionally and more often than not, we see folks lifting far too quickly and breaking from proper good form. Exercise is not sport – exercise is for physiological improvement not to beat on your body.

In our experience the best results and longest term consistency comes from individualization. That is do what is proper for your body and your present condition. Trying to do as others do is a fools game and leads to self-loathing and injury.

Keep it careful…keep it personal.
