People forget that exercise programs only help if you can keep doing them over years not months. If your workout scheme risks injury and too much time commitment it’s useless. Being in shape matters over years not months. You can’t just change then stop, you will backslide immediately in health.
Don’t be lied to by advertising, there are no special exercises or methods. What you should be doing with your training is discovering what works best for you. What shows up over time – what are you good at and what needs special attention.

You don’t need wild exercises designed to look acrobatic on social media. You don’t need insane amounts of anything and you don’t need to take chances. You need solid, repeatable and foundational moves performed properly. You need to find out what you can stick to and thus progress with over years NOT what you can put up with for a handful of months.
Exercise as a way of life shouldn’t be an act of desperation. Being in shape should be a purely positive endeavour.
Be well, be strong,
