This may come off harsh but the facts are…well harsh.
In modern times living has become physically easy and food abundant. Medicine started by saving lives from incidents and accidents. All of this has improved our quality of life as humans a thousand fold.
The danger is this has created a generation of unchallenged, over fed people waiting around to get seriously sick or injured and then have medicine cure them. When seen this clear you can’t help but realize it will turn bad. First off medicine has risks and side effects and second damage done is damage done. Life saving is one thing but life fixing is another.

We are getting sick of waiting for medical culture to get serious about prevention. We are sick of waiting for culture to take care of itself. Weakness is so common it’s almost unrecognizable day to day but it shows up in ever increasing disease rates.
Not having staying strong and fit as a regular part of your life is akin to not changing your cars oil because you can always change the engine if it fails. We need to move to a culture of prevention and stop avoiding and pretending being out of shape isn’t what it is…a disease.
Be well, be strong,
Andrew and Tierney
