Let’s cut through the confusion…keeping your body strong is your only actual physical defence. We cannot cure the common cold let alone cancer or aging. Medicine can make physical illness more tolerable but in the full picture it is simply working to plug holes rather than erase damage.
Weakness of any of your bodily parts and systems is what either causes or allows physical breakdown. So when you back up and do and overview it is your muscles which must protect everything else. When your physical strength isn’t there the rest of you suffers. Lack of physical strength allows all negative stress to do its dirty work.

We need to stop hoping and waiting for cures, they will always be temporary solutions. Strength is your foundation. In fact strength dramatically enhances the benefits of modern medicine. We need people to get busy getting strong as the basis of health.
