Weak workouts vs. Weekly

We have said it before but it begs repeating:

If you have weak muscles your exercise will be weak.

If you don’t focus on pushing your muscles with real weight training then all the jumping and wiggling in the world won’t get you in shape. Weak muscles can’t create intense body changing workouts.

This is why we focus primarily on strength and not so called “cardio”. Workouts with soft weak muscles don’t challenge you. They feel tough because you are weak not because you’re trying hard.

We promote making your muscles, tendons and bones strong….even your attitude strengthens. THIS is what creates hard effective exercise sessions. Do this at least once a week and it changes the course of your life as well as extending it.
