Straighten your Priorities.

We forget to talk about this, we tend to be addressing details. The fact is you have choices…many, as long as you are responsible about your priorities.

Alcohol or no alcohol? Carbs? Bedtime? Wake-up time? Activity? Walking, hiking or biking? Cardio or weights?

What matters most is do you actually have priorities or do you just wing it? No one will reduce unhealthy habits and increase healthy ones just on a whim. No one exercises faithfully each week just because “things lined up that way”.

You live your life mostly how you want to until poor health starts calling the shots. Setting up clear repeatable health caring priorities is the only way.
