We address so many details about getting in shape it easy to forget the most important points. Why exercise primarily with heavy weights in a full body manner? Why such controlled/functionally specific movements?
The fact is:
For exercise to significantly improve your physiology it must temporarily exceed your present ability.
Activity which just makes you tired, sweaty and out of breath does not stimulate your immune system to build you a better body. It may help you maintain what you have but it will do little for building a physically fit body.

To go beyond what your body is – is dangerous because your are forcing a momentary emergency of sorts. It is like a momentary feat of pure survival. We do this by choosing person specific exercises and supervise them closely. We drive you, just for a moment, to reach beyond your limits. We do this by acclimatizing you to training at the outer edge of your ability – intensity becomes something that feels good!
It takes coaching, self-awareness and a watchful eye. It takes high intensity and the consistency of an appointment schedule. Most of all it is not about forcing you into movements but meeting movement in the middle, a blend of your body type and possible exercises variations.
