The fact remains though and to put it starkly:
Frailty causes serious medical suffering.
We are being raw because enough is enough, the lack of medical professionals reducing this suffering is mind numbing and frailty has reached epidemic proportions. People now spend decades full of drugs as they suffer a life of disability and feebleness.

Physical strength must become a vital sign along with blood pressure, resting hr etc. Loading one’s bones, muscles and connective tissue every week must become the norm. Your body withers and erodes without moving heavy weight on a regular basis. The modern day ability to avoid weight bearing activity is an illusion which catches up and eventually hits you like a car accident.
Stop the suffering – accept responsibility for your bodies function. Be well, be strong.
