Weak muscles are weak engines, they have difficulty getting you around and difficulty burning fuel properly.
You begin in life with muscles which grow strong, eventually what you don’t use you lose. A lack of physical strength means not only less energy but less ability to fight off stress and disease.

Strong muscles means your activity creates a healthy draw on your body as a whole. This allows better nutrient absorption, better sleep, better oxygenation and better waste removal. Weak muscles means doing things feels tough and your system gets drained not stimulated.
Lean muscle is primary, without it cardio type exercise is ineffective. No strength = no fitness.
