Something can always be done and staying as strong as you can is number one. Maintaining physical integrity month to month, year to year and decade to decade IS how you face accidents and aging.

Disease and losing quality of life is the direct side-effect of poor health. Strength is the side-effect of good health. Strength is made with proper exercise – proper for you – and then fed by good nutrition and proper sleep hygiene.
To be active and have an enjoyable quality of life requires the sturdiness and protection of strength. As your health fails know it’s never too late, you can always get stronger.
