It’s Personal

On the outside physical fitness varies widely person to person. Your size, shape, age….all your genetics influence how your bodies abilities express themselves.

The important aspect of this is to keep in mind the old saying: “Comparison is the thief of joy”. Maybe corny but it is never truer than with physical fitness. What someone else can do doesn’t often relate to you directly.

Push yourself, compete with yourself and always treat yourself as an individual. Find formats that address your body type and your needs. Strength training exercise can take many forms, the one that you can stick to over the long term is the proper one.
