The Opposite of Excuse

There is a technique we use to deflate procrastination and excuse engineering. Approach eating right, sleeping well and a consistent exercise schedule as part of your priority list. You don’t need to worry about priority level – priorities get done, if they don’t they are NOT priorities – just decide to maintain a list.

Now when you are not getting it done be clear you are reducing it to “not a priority”. This way you experience the contradiction with what you want and need. You’re not “putting it off until later” you are deprioritizing your fitness/health.

Excuses don’t exist in a list of priorities. The opposite of an excuse is the spark to achieve and thrive.

Be well, be strong,

Andrew and Tierney
