The Intelligent Approach

You are strong…you need to renew that strength over time. Sickness, injury and disease are a part of life, trying to avoid stress is a fools errand. Staying strong is the intelligent approach.

Exercise is medicine and it is “pre-hab” as in preventative and precautionary. Weekly exercise, especially when it comes to basic physical strength, is the foundation of health.

Life stress is assured, victims hide and become victimized by random events. Survivors build, re-group and re-build as needed. In 2024 stand up for your strength. Stand tall, shoulders back head up even if it’s somewhat uncomfortable. Continue to do what is needed to thrive and flex your way through the noise.
