8 minute arms and shoulders

Now this isn’t for beginners and the main reason for the video is to illustrate workout density. This shows that time isn’t a constraint. If performed like this your arms and shoulders will not need to be exercised again until next week.

Weight will vary – here DB’s used were 25lbs for biceps, 40lbs and 25lbs for triceps and 20 lbs for shoulders. The trick is to pace it so it doesn’t run longer than 10 minutes max. The less rest between sets the better.

The short session takes advantage of pre and post exhaust techniques and just some basic fundamental exercises. Play safe!
