A well known fact is that most people don’t have a regular exercise program but another fact hides underneath…
The majority of North Americans are out of shape and on medications. Many have tried exercise but stopped. The problem is what you can sustain for a few months often does not fit in with your lifestyle long term.

It is tough in the beginning to hold back the hype in favour of a program you can still be doing years down the road. The fact is for those who do want to be healthy it can be the make it or break it factor. Our suggestions are as follows:
1. Make an official appointment time once a week that cost money and is scheduled.
2. Keep the type of exercise you choose safe and in keeping with your natural body type, don’t try to fit a square peg in a round hole.
3. Disallow going out for dinner/entertainment unless you have accomplished your minimum commitment of one scheduled workout.
In a short decade say from age 40 to 50 you will have benefited from over 500 workouts which is more than 95% of the population.
Be well, be strong,
