The lie of aging

We will keep this short…aging isn’t what most think. Weakening and frailty are things you have control over – you choose how you age.

Strength is the anti-aging / anti-disease medicine. Plain old muscle is what gets between you and the erosion of time and stress. Its really quite simple, you either want to feel strong or you are stuck feeling weak.

Use your body to move and lift weight so it stays strong and feels alive. The last 30 years of your life don’t need to be filled with feebleness.
